Brad - s'good to see you've retained the 216 sense-of-humour, maybe one of the factors that made us what we are today, that kept us going in the good old/bad old days - when the road-run was endless, the hangover volcanic, the wallet empty, and it was only Monday.

Just had a great few days on the North Yorks Moors with the Keswick Flankers (a break from the Lakes), John Griffin+his OC, Paul Richardson+his OC, Wee Mac+his OC, Keith Weller, Ian Green. We were all looked after very well by Paul and Ali at his gaff. Next sesh in the Lakes is Oct and we could probably handle maybe 1 or 2 more so let me know by email if you feel the urge to walk and drink. Geordie Wilson, not many more days to cross off before Barnsley!
Friday 16 April2010 - Pateley Bridge, Yorkshire Dales

Mick Seery - Unfortunately Mick will be sending his apologies for this years reunion as his son will be returning from a charity run/walk from Poland on that day. The run is in aid of the Help for Heroes charity. If you would like to know more or donate go to .....

Well, Brad, what you do on Friday night is get to the bar first and buy beers for all of us, listen to tales of derring-do (try not to fall asleep), dodge the swinging lamps, laugh at jokes you've heard 1,000 times, buy us more beer, ignore the glances of bored wives/girlfriends (you could be sorry), buy us more beer, re-arrange the sandbags, buy some crisps (we gotta eat something), and generally support your old comrades as they slide off their bar-stools.
Your old chums will, without exception, line up to tell you the biggest whopper you've ever heard - "Brad, my goodness, not seen you for years, you haven't changed a bit!" Enjoy.

Being a first time rookie at the re-unions could the veterans tell me what the score is on Friday evening, do people arrange to eat together etc etc? Thanks in anticipation
